A massive collection of over 1,250 music and entertainment autographs including signed photos, letters, records, original movie scripts and much much more, each piece was acquired through the mail from long-time memorabilia collector Jim Schendel, a known collector of many fields who wrote to important individuals asking for autographs since the 1950s. Collection holds autographs of actors, actresses, musicians, authors, artists, composers, and historical figures dating back to the early 1920s. A lot are signed vintage double-weight photos, and the other pieces include letters, photos and much more. Some of the more important pieces include: 1) Aubrey Hepburn signed 4x6" photo (PSA authenticated). 2) John Philip Sousa signed bank check sent from his son. 3) Stan Laurel signed 3x6" photo (PSA graded GEM MT 10 auto). 4) Grandma Moses signed TIME magazine cover. 5) Liberace signed plastic piano with hand drawn sketch. 6) Jim Henson signed Muppets 8x10" photo (PSA authenticated). 7-8) Agatha Christie signed letter to Jim, and signed card. 9-10) Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz signed letter and photo. 11-12) Langston Hughes signed Christmas card and signed "Writer Biographical Information" page. 13-20) Eight (8) Joan Crawford signed typed letters to Jim 21-26) Six (6) Normal Rockwell signed letters. 27-28) Two (2) George Gershwin signed checks (both PSA authenticated). 29) Nan Wood Graham signed "American Gothic" postcard photo. 30) Lady Diana Cooper autographed handwritten letter and signed postcard. 31-34) Lex Barker (Tarzan) signed photos (2), signed Birthday card to Jim and signed letter. Movie/TV scripts include: 1) Robert Vaughn's signed "The Man from U.N.C.L.E: The Cap and Gown Affair" script. 2) Peter Graves' personally used "Mission Impossible" final draft script with handwriting throughout. 3) "Ozzie & Harriet" script signed by Ozzie & Rick Harriet. 4) Bob Cummings signed "Bob Cummings" show script. 5) "Baby Doll" movie script signed by Director Elia Kazan. With a collection of this quantity, there will be some secretarial signatures. Other signatures include: Margaret G.
