A very interesting lot of two original photographs of Elmer Steele of the Boston Red Sox. Both are dated 1908. On one of the photos players such as Cy Young, Lou Criger and Osdike are identified as being in the background. Both were taken by noted photographer L. Van Oeyen and are signed by him in the lower right corner. The 5.5 x 5.5'' photo has several tears. The 4.5 x 6.5'' photo is Excellent.
