1880s "New Home" Sewing Machine Folk Art Trade Sign w/Greyhound

Founded in the late 19th century in Massachusetts, the New Home Sewing Machine Company was a game changer of the Industrial Age. The company would steadily rise to prominence over the ensuing decades, and by 1937 over 7,000,000 of their machines were in use. This 75x11" relic features the New Home mascot: a greyhound, which was meant to demonstrate the speed and efficiency of their product. This sign was recently discovered in New England and features a wonderful, rare green paint background with the sleek greyhound in the middle containing the words "New Home."
