1930’s Mickey Mouse Child’s Dresser.

1930’s Mickey Mouse Child’s Dresser.

The two die-cut standing wood figures of Mr. And Mrs. Mickey and Minnie Mouse flank the art deco mirror of this magnificent child’s dresser. This piece is commercially made and was sold in England in the early 1930s for li’l English children to store their clothes. In its original pink paint, it is in beautiful condition (EX). It is for children’s use (not doll’s) and is sturdy and significant, standing nearly three feet tall. In solid wood it is heavily made, suggesting the work of Kroehler (who did the Disney furniture in the United States). 40x12x32.5”.
