21 of these Polo Grounds legends have left their black fountain ink mark on this ONL (Heydler) baseball. Most importantly, it was signed at the 1933 World Series, where the Giants claimed the World Championship in 5 Games, after Mel Ott’s solo shot to the Griffith Stadium bleachers resulted in the game-winning run (10th inning). The ball is in remarkable condition, near white surface, which is almost flawless, its black and red laces perfectly intact and showing very little wear. The signatures as well are remarkable, including Ott, Terry (clubhouse), Hubbell, O’Doul, Fitzsimmons, and more. Overall grade on the signatures is 5-7, with some slightly worse, and O’Doul and Hubbell grading slightly higher. Ball grades EX-MT+.
