1958 Marilyn Monroe Signed Some Like It Hot Movie Contract

1958 Marilyn Monroe Signed Some Like It Hot Movie Contract

Silver screen history doesn't get much bigger than this. Six-page document (three pages front and back) begins a one-year agreement between the ultimate Hollywood starlet and M.C.A. Artists, Ltd., an artist's managing group. Among those named in the contract is Lew Wasserman, who convinced Monroe to accept the role in the landmark film. The outstanding document is pristine in every way, and has one of the finest Marilyn Monroe signatures ever seen, measuring over four inches long and over an inch and a half tall. Documents related to her most notable movie, Some Like It Hot, are virtually unattainable.
