After being picked up as an amateur free agent with the New York Mets in 1961, Paul Blair was sent to the team's farm leagues which is when he ended up playing for the Elmira Pioneers. The cotton jersey's tagging is torn and frayed, making it impossible to read, but there is no mistaking the bold black sharpie signature of outfielder Paul Blair. The jersey shows great game use with minimal wear on the embroidery, including a patch on the sleeve celebrating 100 years of baseball in Elmira. LOA
