It's yesterday once more with this truly American lot. The most successful brother-sister act in music history, Richard and Karen Carpenter racked up over $100 in record sales, bursting onto the charts in 1970 with their #1 smash "(They Long To Be) Close To You." From that point on, there was a steady stream of smash hits, including 12 Top 10 hits and 15 easy-listening chart-toppers. This cardboard sign with easel back hails from the height of their popularity during the mid-'70s. It measures 22" x 28" and is in VG-EX condition with some corner fraying and some water damage at the top.
