A two-time Super Bowl winner with the Steelers, Max Starks was a behemoth on the offensive line in the latter portion of the 2000's. Drafted in 2004 in the third round, Starks made his first start in 2005 and went on to win a Super Bowl with the team later that year. This black, home jersey game worn by Starks has all the classic Steeler trappings. "STARKS" appears in gold sewn onto a name plate on back, with his number "78" in white on the front, back, and both shoulders. The team's logo can be found on the front left breast, and a tag inside the collar reads "06-46". On the left side of the tail there is a size 46 Reebok tag. There have been three team repairs to the left sleeve, as well as other marks and abrasions. Photo-matched to October 15th, 2006 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Comes with LOA from Resolution Photomatching. All jerseys come directly from the Steelers archive and come with an LOA from the Steelers.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Steelers Archives items will be donated to the Chuck Noll Foundation for Brain Injury Research
