First appearing in 1934, the Steelers' bumblebee-style jersey was resurrected in 2012 and used as the team's third jersey before being discontinued again in 2016. The rare style uniform features big block numbers on the front and back along with the iconic bumblebee stripes throughout. This jersey belonged to Steelers running back LeGarrette Blount and was game worn in 2014. Blount's number "27" appears on both front and back, with his name, "BLOUNT" stitched in black on a gold name plate on the back. A Nike size 46 tag can be found inside the collar. There have been multiple team repairs on the front, back, and sleeves. Photo-matched to October 26th, 2014 against the Indianapolis Colts. Comes with LOA from Resolution Photomatching. All jerseys come directly from the Steelers archive and come with an LOA from the Steelers.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Steelers Archives items will be donated to the Chuck Noll Foundation for Brain Injury Research
