On July 13th, 1985 Bob Geldof and his celebrity friends, united rock stars, royalty and a worldwide audience estimated at 1.5 billion people in an unprecedented musical fund-raiser, Live Aid. Wembley Stadium in London and Philadelphia’s JFK Stadium played host to the rock ‘n’ roll telethon which was broadcast around the world, and ultimately raised $100 million dollars. This collection includes an official concert program from the Philadelphia part of the show, a July 1985 issue of People Magazine all about the concert, the original owners backstage laminate, and an official T-Shirt that he had autographed by Madonna, Tina Turner, David Crosby, Bryan Adams, Brian Wilson and Kris Kristofferson.
