1949 All Star Game Lighter In Original Box with Slipcase - Nicest Known
A superior example of this lighter in the original box with the slipcase and paperwork. This sleek and elegant 1949 All-Star Game Ritepoint lighter was given to press only, and this particular item is unused and in pristine condition. The Ebbets Field All-Star game was particularly important as it was the first time black ballplayers participated: Jackie Robinson, Roy Campanella, Don Newcombe and Larry Doby. The lighter is made of chrome, clear and black plastic with gold trim; the box has an insert and nicely displays the lighter.
