1956 American League All Star Team Signed Baseball (PSA 7.5)
Griffith Stadium in Washington D.C. hosted the 1956 All-Star Game and the big names produced big time. Willie Mays and Stan Musial each hit two home runs for the National League. Their AL counterparts Mickey Mantle and Ted Williams did likewise. The NL captured the game by a final score of 7-3 with the help of the outstanding Cardinals third baseman Ken Boyer who had three hits and three dazzling plays in the field. Official Reach AL ball signed by league president William Harridge has the signatures of Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams, Whitey Ford, Yogi Berra, Nellie Fox, Billy Martin, Early Wynn, Chuck Dressen and George Kell.
