1966 Willie Mays Photgraph from The S.F. Examiner
With his exceptional ability and infectious smile, the great Willie Mays is superbly captured in this 7x10" black & white image. Apparently pictured in the Giants' locker room, this San Francisco Examiner photo is dated 1966 and shows an unshirted "Say Hey Kid" looking far more youthful than his 35 years of age at the time. The verso has news clippings in which the photo was used, and an Examiner Reference Library stamp dated August 18, 1966. There is some very slight creasing, but the photo remains in EX condition.
