Early 1960s Elston Howard Game Used Mitt

Early 1960s Elston Howard Game Used Mitt

This catcher's mitt was used by Elston Howard during his 13-year playing career for the New York Yankees. The Rawlings model HOH P is used but still in wonderful condition. "Howard 32" is written on the back of the pinky finger on the mitt. It was written once in black that faded and written again in blue over the black. All stitching and webbing are intact. Originally obtained from the family of the six-time World Series Champion and 1963 American League MVP, whose number 32 stands among retired Yankee greats. Comes with photo and LOA.
