Important pen was used to sign the Federal Airport Act of 1961. Esterbrook quill fountain pen in black and clear early plastic is imprinted "The President - White House." Comes with delectable signed 8x10" photo of the meeting itself with a perfect ink signature in black. Photo itself has a White House Stamp and hand inked serial number. Mint. This is from the esteemed Presidential Signing Pen Collection of Jim Ruddy, which included pens, used by Abraham Lincoln to create the Homestead Act, JFK to establish the Peace Corps, Lyndon Johnson to create the Civil Rights Act and this one.
