Some neat stuff from the King of Brooklyn Dodger collectors, these 18 pieces come from the Sal Larocca collection. 1) Johnny Podres Presentation Half Bat Plaque, from Podres’ personal collection and signed by him on barrel. Interesting image of Podres pitching in Ebbets Field. 2) John Roseboro store model 1960s Adirondack with nice old signature. 3) Steve Garvey game used and signed, 32.5", 32 ounces. 4) Duke Snider autographed 1960s store model. 5-6) 1960s & 1970s Jackie Robinson store bats. 7) Famous Hitters Series II signed with added "Duke of Flatbush." 8) Unusual Duke Snider "Elected to Cooperstown 1980" (signed). 9) Nice Bill Russell gamer with great use, inscribed "To Sal" and is 33.5", 34 oz,. with "18" in marker on knob and in cap. 10) Eric Karros game used bat (light use, silver-signed black bat) signed "To Sal," 34", 35 oz. 11) Rare blue presentation bat, "Branch Rickey Award Tommy Lasorda 1989 The LIFE Center," presented to and signed by Lasorda, from his personal collection. 12) Greg Brock game bat is team-signed by the 1986 Los Angels Dodgers, over 30 signatures. 13-14) Pee Wee Reese and Duke Snider "Dem Bums" Cooperstown bats are both signed with Snider adding "Duke of Flatbush." 15-18) Awesome signed bats from Brooklyn and Los Angeles Dodgers Old Timers. These are Sal Larocca’s personal bats (various game models), signed in person at Dodger Camps in the 1980s-90s. Great names each with 20+ sigs including Carl Furillo, Erskine, Drysdale, Lasorda, and so many more.
