Vintage Soccer Photo Archive (100)
Large collection of 127 soccer photos, including those picturing both professional and amateur players. The vast majority are news photos dating from the 1980s and 1990s, and many include either attached captions or written captions on the reverse. Approximately half the photos capture professional athletes and most of those picture players and teams from the Major Indoor Soccer League, which ran from 1978 to 1992. Photos of Minnesota Striker and Wichita Wings players (especially Chico Borja) form the majority. The remaining photos picture high school and college players, as well as several youth-league players. With just a few exceptions, all are black-and-white photos and most measure approximately 8x10". Excellent condition overall.
