Gil Hodges remains a revered figure in New York City, where he excelled as a Brooklyn Dodger and later as manager of the 1969 Miracle Mets. This uncracked Hillerich and Bradsby model H178 is 35 inches and 32 ounces with "GIL HODGES" printed on the barrel in block letters. Shows good use including ball, seam and rack marks. Hodges was an eight-time All-Star and brilliant defensive first baseman.
