1964 Cassius Clay & The Beatles Published Wire Photo
A classic shot from the famed meeting where the Beatles dropped in on Cassius Clay training for Clay-Liston I. The Beatles, according to John Lennon, thought they were meeting the loser, but soon knew what Sonny was up against after meeting the wondrous Clay. United Press International photo measures 8" x 10" with original caption on verso. Publishing marks can be easily erased, but we left them for originality. The first vintage original from this meeting we have handled. NM condition.
