This uncracked bat was used between 1977 and 1979 when Reggie Jackson, "Mr. October", was playing for the New York Yankees. This Adirondack 302 model 288RJ (stamped in the knob) measures 34.75" long, has "Jax 44" and "35" handwritten on knob, and shows definite use. From famed collector "King B" who was a spokesman for an appliance company that used major leaguers to promote their products. Through this connection, "King B" became friendly with many New York players and acquired numerous game used items.
