1978 Marlboro Cup Humidor Presented to Seattle Slew Owner George Layman Jr.

1978 Marlboro Cup Humidor Presented to Seattle Slew Owner George Layman Jr.

Looks like the Marlboro Man left behind a little gift: three vintage packs of the popular smokes in a commemorative box that were originally a gift to Seattle Slew owner Joe Layman for his participation in the 1978 Marlboro Cup. Accompanied by a letter from John Landry of Phillip Morris on company letterhead. They both come from a recent auction of some of Layman's property. The box with the eighth race program odds etched onto it is in NRMT condition.
