Ray Bourque Boston Bruins NHL Game Worn Skates

Ray Bourque Boston Bruins NHL Game Worn Skates

Hockey legend Ray Bourque sported these Mega brand skates during his lengthy tenure with the Boston Bruins. The skates show very good use with scuffs and cut marks on the toes and pilling inside on the tongues, and puck marks on the blades. Bourque‚s "77" is written on the bottoms of each skate, which date them to post-1987 as he previously wore number "7" but gave it up in tribute when it was retired for Phil Esposito. Bourque played the first 19 of his 22 NHL seasons in Boston, where he established his Hall of Fame status as one of the greatest two-way defensemen in the sport‚s history.
