The actual "Universal Horse Identification System" entry for the legendary Secretariat, the front has a six-image composite photo; side view, front view, both forelegs and both hind legs, along with typewritten identification details. The verso of the photo has a printed page affixed with more identification records, dated "7/4/72." Black & white and measuring 8x10" and almost like a report card, or even a fingerprint, this details all information about the thoroughbred considered by many to be the greatest ever.
