Fabulous material from the family of this brilliant ventriloquist. The lot includes three signed oil paintings by Winchell himself, who was a respected artist. 1) Gorgeous oil-on-canvas shows a dynamic alley scene in a seemingly European street. There is even a self-portrait of man walking with family down this alleyway. Original frame overall 45x32”. Signed and dated “1969.” 2) Small circular oil-on-masonite of two lovers in front of window. Overall 5” diameter. 3) Lovely winter forest scene with hazy sun overhead. Overall 14x8”. 4) Character watch that was never released publicly, making this is a prototype. Shows Jerry Mahoney on the dial and is ticking. All are EX or better.
