Two Franklin D. Roosevelt Signed Diplomas

Two diplomas, signed in bold black fountain pen by our 32nd President, FDR. Both, on behalf of the people of the state of New York regard the appointment of Delos M. Cosgrove. The first, dated May 6, 1931, names Cosgrove "A Trustee of the Power of the State of New York." The second, dated January 26, 1932, names him "A Member of the Power of Authority of the State of New York." Each with the Great Seal of the State of New York in lower left. Excellent condition. The former framed to 16x19", the latter matted and framed to 23x26".
