1890 Morris Park NY Jockey Club Condition Book
This is a historic date for the Morris Park NY Jockey Club because this "Spring Meeting" includes June 10, 1890, when the Morris Park Racecourse hosted both the Preakness and Belmont Stakes (on the same day!). The winner of the Preakness was Montague and the winner of the Belmont was Burlington. The book contains 71 pages with 12 full page black and white engravings of the track and its surroundings. Measures 4.25x6.5" and condition is NRMT.
