John I Rogers owner of the Philadelphia Phillies and defunct Philadelphia Phillies of the original NFL, the letter is written regarding the renovations and construction surrounding the Baker Bowl. The newly renovated Baker Bowl had a couple firsts, as far as "new" stadiums are concerned, it was the first to have a&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: sans-serif; color: #222222;">cantilevered upper deck, as well as using mostly steel and brick for construction. Rogers had made some edits to the letter, and had signed the it twice including inscribing the date net to one signature.&nbsp;</span>
