1897 Pittsburg Baseball Club Cameo Pepsin Pin
The 1897 Pirates may have finished eighth in the National League, but this pin is a real winner. It consists of a photo of 14 players and the inscription: "1897 PITTSBURG B.B. CLUB" on the bottom. The original paper insert for Pepsin gum remains intact on the back. VG condition with some rust on the back and slight cracking to the front. The city of Pittsburgh dropped the "h" from 1891 to 1911.
