1907 Engraved Silver Cigarette Case Presented to Jockey
This beautiful piece of German silver originated in Germany and was engraved in German: "Brauns S/l Linnemann Erg andie 6 Liege 1907 auf Leuchtkafer und Comoly." It was presented to him for his six wins on the horses Firefly and Comoly. There's a gorgeous enamel badge picturing the jockey and is in NRMT condition. Weighs 122 grams, and measures 3.5" x 3.25" and features gold wash inside with maker's mark.
