A dizzying array of autographs on almost anything possible, this lot includes cuts, photos, baseballs, cards, album pages and more. Sources from a collector of Jewish athletes, Peter Horvitz, who also wrote numerous books on Jewish sports heroes from the world of baseball, basketball, football, soccer, hockey, Olympics and more. Autographs include: 1880 August Belmont signed check, 1923 August Belmont II signed letter, 1895 NY Giants owner Andrew Freedman signed 2-page letter, Hank Greenberg handwritten signed letter w/full name signature, 1932 Dodgers signed album page w/Dazzy Vance & Max Carey, 1967 Bears coaching staff signed photo w/George Halas, Dolly Stark signed cut, Charles "Buckets" Goldberg signed album page, Benny Friedman signed personalized index card.
