1915 Sterling Cigarettes Federal League Advertising Poster

1915 Sterling Cigarettes Federal League Advertising Poster

On "Tuesday, April 20, 1915," while picking up the scores of that day’s baseball games on this 21 ? x 13 ?” cardboard “Kames’ Official Scorecard”, you just might get the inkling to “smoke and chew Sterling” tobacco, being that “it’s union made” and “best for cigarettes”. Scores for National, American, and Federal Leagues - the latter a short-lived “outlaw” league - are all in black and white, while ad for Sterling blazes in red. The Federal League disbanded at the end of the 1915 season. VG.
