1920's Spalding Figural Baseball Catcher Trophy
Heavy catcher's trophy measuring 19" tall manufactured by Spalding in the 1920's. The silver catcher is crouching atop a large baseball bearing the Spalding logo and ready to receive a pitch. The most remarkable piece from this Spalding Trophy set known for its incredible detail and fine craftsmanship. The catcher's face clearly visable beneath his mask and the straps on his mask and chest protector beautifully engraved onto the trophy. Trophy has a sturdy black base and would make a beautiful display piece. Condition: EX-MT.
