1923 Ban Johnson "Mexico League" Signed Typed Letter to Yankees Owner Ed Barrow. From American League President to Barrow obliquely regarding what MLB is looking to accomplish in Mexico. Specifically, the letter requests the Yankees to issue a party pass for any home game that Senor Tellez, the Mexican government representative in the USA, wishes to attend. The letter also requests the Yankees to similarly issue party passes to USA Postmaster General New and Secretary of the Navy Denby. (With copies of previous letters). Included is a Letter of Authenticity by James Spence, Jr., of JSA.
