After losing game 7 the year before, the 1927 Yankees played with a purpose and dominated all that went against them and this continued in the World Series where they swept the Pirates. On October 6, 1927 George Pipgras took the mound at Forbes Field and pitched a complete game for the Bronx Bombers. Offered is the stub from that game. A few creases and light wear overall VG.
