1928 Lefty Grove Signed Standing Die-Cut (10" tall)
How's this for a great piece? Great image of the Hall of Fame southpaw is mounted onto a wood back and die-cut, with tapered edges so that the wood backing can't be seen from the front. Life-sized baseball at Grove's thighs is signed across the sweet spot, and tagged "Athletics 1928." Ink is dark and strong, easily EX-MT. Piece shows wear at the edges, but nothing that bad at all. Conservative VG-EX.
