1929 Chicago Cubs Team Celluloid Baseball Pinback Button
A rare souvenir from the 1929 National League Champions, the Chicago Cubs are featured on this 3" diameter celluloid pinback. All team members are pictured on the pin including Hornsby, Wilson, Hartnett, McCarthy, Cuyler and even Phillip Wrigley. The pin is in VG condition with a small nick to the celluloid at the center and some other minor surface abrasions. The Cubbies easily captured the NL Pennant that season before falling to the Philadelphia Athletics in a five-game World Series.
