1929 Kenesaw Mountain Landis Signed Photograph (PSA)
Judge Kenesaw Mountain Landis signed and inscribed photograph dated July 23, 1929. Personalized photo measures 7x9", with some minor creasing and a thin string of image loss that crosses Landis' head. Signature adds inscription "with affection" and rates 6/10, and somewhat blends in with the gray of his suit. Reverse has pencil notations and Kellogg Studio Chicago stamp. Shortly after he ruled "eight men out" in the 1919 Black Sox scandal, Landis was named as baseball's first-ever commissioner, a title he held until 1944. Comes with PSA LOA.
