1930's Burris Jenkins "King Kong" Hockey Original Art (20x20")
Borrowing the theme from the newly released film "King Kong", famous cartoonist Burris Jenkins places NY Ranger goalie Dave Kerr in the role of the giant ape. Towering over the city of New York, Kerr fends off planes labeled with the names of the game's stars from opposing teams in this large pencilled original drawing titled "New York's Play-off Hopes". A pair of smaller cartoons at the bottom near the artist's signature completes this piece, matted and framed much larger than the 20x20" art. In excellent condition with only a bit of damage on the planes.
