1930s Frank Frisch Gas House Gang Cardboard Advertising Sign

1930s Frank Frisch Gas House Gang Cardboard Advertising Sign

Heavy cardboard ad sign was discovered in the St. Louis area. Stunning image of him in uniform for the Gas House Gang St. Louis Cardinals when he was the feisty player-manager (1933-37). Subject is a local article (hence the rarity) on “How Ballplayers are Picked for the Major Leagues.” Nicely framed to de-emphasize the multiple holes from posting. O/w EX. Nice overall look, you will love it.
