1932 Cy Young Handwritten Letter with Envelope
Original handwritten letter from the man who defines the ultimate standard of excellence and dominance in Major League pitching. Three-page letter (one side each) on “The Sinton St. Nicholas, Cincinnati” stationary (6x9”) is dated 1932 to Miss June Friest (Miss June Friest’s original typed letter requesting an autograph from Cy Young is included) and signed, “Your very truly, Denton T. (Cy) Young.” Ink grades overall “9” out of a possible 10. Original mailing folds, otherwise EX-MT condition. Comes with its original mailing envelope, postdated Mar. 14, 1932.
