1933 Walter Johnson Signed "Who's Who In Baseball" Page
He was one of the greatest pitchers ever to step on a mound, and highly deserving of a big write-up in "Who's Who," a pseudo-predecessor of Wikipedia. From Page 233 of the very first edition, this sepia-toned page exhibiting Johnson's picture, stats and bio is in NRMT condition and is signed at the bottom, "Walter Johnson" in 8/10 black fountain ink. JSA LOA included. As the stats indicate, the "Big Train" tossed 110 shutouts - still a record today, as well as 414 wins, second only to Ty Cobb, earning him a vaunted spot in Cooperstown.
