1935 Rabbit Maranville Autographed Baseball Magazine Photo
Inside cover of the June 1935 issue of Baseball Magazine features diminutive HOFer Rabbit Maranville and the less-than-svelte Babe Ruth as members of the Braves. Wonderfully signed in blue fountain pen of the period “Best Wishes For Geo. Roper, from Rabbit Maranville”. Near Mint inscription and signature rate a 9/10 in quality. Size is about 8 x 10”, with the condition being a strong Excellent overall. From the collection of an avid fan who had an “in” with some of the top stars of the day. An extremely scarce signed photo of this great baseball figure that passed away in 1954.
