This program, written in German, is from the 1936 Berlin Olympics. It was there that Jesse Owens won an astonishing four gold medals and tied the world record for the 100 meter dash, completing it in 10.3 seconds. Program is in great condition and contains notations in pencil, undoubtedly made by a spectator.
