Fine example of the hard to come by but exceedingly popular 1938 NL Champion Chicago Cubs, who passed the Pittsburgh Pirates in the waning days of the season in thrilling fashion to capture the pennant. The ONL Frick ball has 27 signatures from the '38 Cubs in all, including Tony Lazzeri, Dizzy Dean, Gabby Hartnett, Billy Herman, C. Grimm, Rip Collins, Frank Demaree, Phil Cavaretta, Chas. Root, Bill Lee, Larry French and more. The sigs average 6-7/10 and the ball appears EX, though it is off-white with a couple slight abrasions. <span style="font-size: 13px;">Comes certified by PSA.</span>
