1938 Gum Inc Horrors of War High Grade Collection (65)
In 1938, Gum Inc. produced their iconic Horrors of War set. Depicting violent and gruesome images of the Sino-Japanese war and the early days of World War II, it quickly became the set to have for the youths of the day, and continues to be a very popular non-sports set to this day. This collection of 65 (no duplicates) overall presents in very high grade, with 20% EX-MT or better, 70% EX and only 10% slightly lesser. About 1/3 of the cards are slightly to moderately oc. Seldom seen, high grade HOW cards!
