Written to the President of the Northern League on May 12, 1939, Philadelphia A's president Connie Mack thanks Mr. J.B. McNulty for taking his cousin, Arthur Dempsey, on his umpiring staff in this typed correspondence printed on team letterhead. There is paper loss to the skin of the four corners, but otherwise nice with 8/10 signature. Comes with second Centennial "half" letter, sending McNulty a season pass signed by William G. Bramham.
