1939 Opening of Cooperstown Homecoming Vintage Photograph
This famous photograph features the amazing assemblage of Babe Ruth, George Sisler, Eddie Collins, Connie Mack, Cy Young, Honus Wagner, G.C. Alexander, Tris Speaker, Nap Lajoie and Walter Johnson. There is creasing, edge damage and paper loss, but we have never seen a vintage print of this the pivotal shot of that day - the opening of Cooperstown - let alone in this over-sized 15x12.25" size.
