Highlight of the lot is (231) 1952 Topps 1-310 (no high #’s) are included. Some of the better names are Doby (2), Minoso (2), Lemon, Ashburn, R. Roberts, Bauer, Mize, Irvin, Schoendienst (2), and Zernial as well as 16 Yankees and 10 Dodgers cards. 52s range from PR to EX but are mostly PR-VG. (14) 1948 Bowman average VG/VG-EX. (75) 1949 Bowman 1-144 with minor stars (4 high #’s) are included. 49s average VG/VG-EX. (20) 1950 Bowman average VG/EX-EX. (15) 1952 Bowman average EX. Approximately 1,100 commons from 1953-1959 Topps that range mostly from VG to EX are included. Also in the collection are a few hundred stars from the 50s and 60s with lots of leader cards of Aaron, Clemente, Koufax, and regular cards of Yaz, Kaline, Banks, McCovey, Mathews, Killebrew, and Sparky Anderson’s rookie amongst others. Stars range from PR to VG-EX and are mostly VG. For good measure there are also (5) ‘33/34 Goudey’s with Hubbell and Frisch the highlights. Collection offers good break up value.
