1940 Cleveland Indians Team Signed Baseball
Official American League (Harridge) ball signed in black ink by the following twenty members of the 1940 Cleveland Indians: Feller, Boudreau, Allen (sweet spot), Hemsley (sweet spot), Weatherly (twice), Campbell, Pytlak, Harder, Grimes, Mack, Trotsky, Hale, Sewell (coach), Heath, Milnar (twice), Vitt (Mgr.), Chapman, Eisenstat, Keltner, and Hudlin. It should be noted that Feller's signature near the base of a side panel is prefaced by a handwritten personalization that he has drawn a box around. The inscription reads "To my friend Mr. W. Gordon Park Good Luck + Best Wishes - Sincerely Bob Feller." The signatures average 7/10. The ball remains in Near Mint condition.
